MIBFA Court Order Settlements

I submitted a court order in October 2025, since I have been sent from pillar to post. I was requested to courier documents to them in three different occasions I have done so but still I am requested to courier again the same documents I have submitted in October.

At first my case was handled by Cavin Sebatane now it is handled by Phumzile. To my surprise the same documents I have sent to Cavin, Phumzile expects me to re courier to her. She even threatened to put my case aside and not continue with payment. I am sick and tired of this treatment and waste of my time and money.
