Worst online shopping experience I've ever had

My experience with Mia and Leah has been nothing short of awful. It first started in January with zero communication (leading me thinking I'd been ****med). Then a massively long wait time. Now this week (end March) I received an email saying that my order "needed to be picked up". No details given about where it needed to picked up from. I assumed it was from the courier guy, since that was the option I chose on ordering. Eventually I found out it was at the Post Office. I went to collect, only to discover to my horror that I needed to pay import duty of nearly the value of the shoes that I had bought.

To add insult to injury, on opening the package (which were poorly packaged at best), the shoes that were sent were the wrong size, and of inferior quality - not what they looked like when I ordered. Still waiting to hear if they're going to do anything about it.

No wonder every review for this company on Hello Peter is 1 star.
