Incorrect Script and Delayed Profile Creation
This is the poorest service I have received so far.
The profile was only created after four days, and I had to phone almost every day. Eventually, after I called again, someone created the profile, but without the patient details included.
Everything was then updated, but now the prescription/script is incorrect.
This situation is unacceptable, and we urgently need this medication. You are dealing with people’s lives here.
Please sort this matter out immediately. I need this medication today.
