I order items from matildas. Received 2nd Jan 2018. I returned a item on same date as one item was far to small. The item was unopend. After 2 weeks not hearing anything i contacted matildas. The item was received and send for inspection. On 26 Jan i once again emailed them to find out whether i will receive a refund. Same day i got a reply to say refund will take 14 days. Well here we are 17 Feb 2018 NO REFUND. I just find it such poor service that you as a customer must run around and keep asking what is going on. If I can give you advice go shop elswhere as you will get MUCH better customer service and after sales service. So dont expect any refund after returning items. Rip off online shop. BE CAREFULL
