Spam calls and harassment
Spam Calls and Ongoing Harassment Despite repeatedly requesting removal from their contact lists, these companies continue to call, often on behalf of different businesses. This constitutes harassment and is in direct violation of the POPI Act. Companies need to take accountability and immediately put an end to these ******** spam calls.

BAD SERVICE
I have been trying to get hold of the office but the number doesn't exist. I have sent emails but they bounce back. I need to terminate my contract without any joy. this is very bad business and cant be trusted

I trusted Mamela with my debt management from 2016. I was faithfully pay to Hypen PDA every month. In October 2024, a payment of R2650.00 was made to Hypen PDA, only to get a sms saying no payment was received. In November a statement was received saying that R 450.00 was paid to companies owed. Where did the other R2,200.00 go to. Tried calling Mamela from October 2024 to date, number only engaged. Sent an e mail to my case handler, Catherine Samuels ,but no response. Whoever is reading this review, please don't trust Mamela Consulting as they are a *****ulent company. May their evil leaders and staff burn in Hell for cheating and robbing poor people of their hard earned money. Rest in Peace Mamela Consulting Leaders and their Staff. So sad. God will judge all of you'll because all of you'll knew that you were involved in this *****.

Alarming phone call from Mamela Consulting
I'm extremely concerned by a recent phone call I received from Mamela Consulting. They contacted me out of the blue, claiming to have information about my financial situation. However, The details they provided were completely incorrect. I'm shocked and worried about how they obtained my contact information, as well as personal information (My ID number). Where did they get it from? It's unacceptable and raises serious concerns about data protection and privacy. I would like to report this incident, but I'm not sure where to start.

I have been trying to call you, but believe your lines are down. I got your mail address from Experian. About 10 years ago, I placed myself under administration with Mamela Consulting Services. At that point in time I was employed by Melco Conveyors. I lost my job as I was retrenched and as a result could not fulfill my obligation towards the administration. I was unemployed for years. In the interim, all the relevant debt was ether paid up and the other has already prescribed. This was also confirmed by Experian, as only my current accounts reflects, all up to date. However, the status on the system still shows that I and still under administration. I was shocked to learn about this, to say the least, Experian advised that they could not remove the status and that I should contact Mamela Consulting Services, who should have removed my name off the credit burea once the debt prescribed. If you could please assist in having this done with immediate effect. It is a disgrace that this was not done. Please advise soonest once this has been resolved. Should there be any other stories or issues, I will have no choice but to take this matter further and ask for the assistance from the likes of "helopeter, the Devi show and the relevant ombudsman" At least, Mamenla Consulting Services will be on national TV. Your urgent co-operation in this matter will be Highly Appreciated.

They called me for debt mediation and I agreed to their services. However they debited me on the wrong date and when they refunded me, they did not send the full refund. On the second month, they debited me AGAIN but so did ALL my other debtors. The agent assisting me was Mpho. Biggest inconvenience EVER. I have cancelled my services with them but have been struggling to get my refunds for over a month now.

*,there's no order in the office and the owner always makes sure that he fire's employees few days before pay day.i worked the whole month only to be paid R1500 yet in the beginning they told us that it is R5000 ,I hate how they're taking advantage of young people. I spent R2200 on transport only to be paid lesser amount, I'm here couldn't even pay my rent nor support my family because they're crue
