Poor service, unprofessional service.

I am very disappointed with the service from MacRobert Attorneys.

I made a payment on the 11th of March, yet I continue to receive SMS notifications stating that I still owe them. I contacted their office and was asked to email proof of payment, which I did — but I never received any response.

After continuing to receive the same SMS notifications, I called again. I was then told that the email address I had sent my proof to belongs to a trainee, and that I would be provided with a new email address to resend my documents. To date, I am still waiting for that email.

It is extremely frustrating that I have to keep following up on an issue that should have been resolved already. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. This experience has been very unprofessional.
