I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service from UNi4 Online. I cancelled my course a long time ago, especially after serious concerns around the accreditation of the qualification. Despite this, I am still receiving continuous calls from their team claiming that my profile is still active and that I am still registered. This is completely unacceptable. I have already communicated my cancellation clearly, yet it appears that either their internal processes are dysfunctional or they are deliberately ignoring customer instructions. Being contacted repeatedly for a course that I cancelled — and one that is under scrutiny regarding accreditation — raises serious concerns about their credibility and professionalism. This is not only poor administration, but it borders on harassment. I expect: Immediate confirmation that my profile has been fully closed Written confirmation that I am no longer registered All further communication to cease immediately I strongly caution anyone considering enrolling to carefully assess the situation before committing. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable.
