I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service from UNi4 Online. I cancelled my course a long time ago, especially after serious concerns around the accreditation of the qualification. Despite this, I am still receiving continuous calls from their team claiming that my profile is still active and that I am still registered. This is completely unacceptable. I have already communicated my cancellation clearly, yet it appears that either their internal processes are dysfunctional or they are deliberately ignoring customer instructions. Being contacted repeatedly for a course that I cancelled — and one that is under scrutiny regarding accreditation — raises serious concerns about their credibility and professionalism. This is not only poor administration, but it borders on harassment. I expect: Immediate confirmation that my profile has been fully closed Written confirmation that I am no longer registered All further communication to cease immediately I strongly caution anyone considering enrolling to carefully assess the situation before committing. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable.
I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the shocking level of service I received from Cash Crusaders Verulam regarding a MacBook purchase I made in July 2024. After encountering several issues with the device, I reached out multiple times for assistance, but my concerns were ignored at every turn, leading me to believe my patronage was of no value to them. Upon purchasing the MacBook, I was unable to update applications due to a prior owner's credentials being linked to the device. I reported the issue and, after several months, eventually left the device with the store on December 13th, 2024. I followed up regularly and was told to collect the MacBook on December 19th, only to find that no work had been done. When I sought an explanation, the staff failed to provide any satisfactory response, and the store manager refused to engage with me. In subsequent emails to the store manager, Bradley, I outlined the ongoing issues, but I received no meaningful response. My frustrations grew as I was repeatedly given vague explanations, and when I collected the MacBook, it still wasn’t functional. To make matters worse, none of my emails were ever answered in a timely or respectful manner. The disregard for my concerns was not only frustrating but showed a complete lack of respect for customers. It’s clear that my time and money meant little to them. This lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. The entire experience has been a series of unfulfilled promises and delays, with no resolution to the issue at hand. In light of this, I have requested a full refund, which has yet to be processed. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at this store to proceed with caution. If you value your time and expect any level of customer service, you should look elsewhere. This experience has left me utterly disappointed, and I can only hope that Cash Crusaders Verulam takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements to their service.
Unprofessional and Harassing Behavior I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Anthony Richards & Associates. Despite settling my account in full, I continue to receive relentless calls from their office. It's been 3 days since I paid off my debt, yet they persist in contacting me, claiming I still owe them money. Their behavior is not only unprofessional but also harassing. I have tried to reason with them, explaining that my account is settled, but they refuse to listen. The constant calls have caused me significant stress and anxiety. I expect a law firm to maintain accurate records and respect their clients' privacy. Anthony Richards & Associates has failed to meet these basic expectations. I warn others to be cautious when dealing with this firm, as their practices are questionable and their customer service is subpar. I have attempted to contact the firm multiple times to resolve this matter amicably, but my efforts have been met with indifference. It's clear that they are more interested in pestering me for non-existent debts than in providing adequate service.
Sorento Diesel 2.2 2022 model is faulty, engine coolant disappears without any warning and @Eastvaalmotors Witbank dealer is not even contacting your customer to give an update. This car has not even went for 1st service. The car was bought May 2022. This has caused inconvenience and no courtesy vehicle has been provided, it has been a week already.
