WITHDRAWAL NOT PAID, LIVE CHAT NOT WORKING
Poor communication, Live chat not working. I've made withdrawals on Saturday, when enquiring when will the pay me, was told to resubmit my ID for verification. I did send a new clear pictures. But till now i haven't heard anything from them. Please lottoland pay me my winnings ***

After a review of your account and correspondence I see you were contacted yesterday advsing you that your account is not verified which is the reason your withdrawal could not be released. There was a request for documents as you had not yet provided your ID.
I am happy to confirm these have now been received and your account verified so the withdrawal is going to be released.
We do apologize for any delays, these are due to regulatory requirements that we need to follow as set out by the regulators.
