WORST LOCKSMITHS EVER LOCKTEC24/7
I have had the worst experience dealing with this company. My vehicle was ****** with my house keys in it. Called these guys on a Sunday, they charged me R3458.00 and broke the lock on my gate(which is still broken) and ONLY fixed the lock on the main door. They keep giving me stories as to why they can’t come, either too far away or don’t have stock of the items needed which is a 50mm trellidoor slamlock which I bought for R300 at builders after they said there is NO stock nationwide. Below is a breakdown of the fees charged for NO services rendered which they insisted I pay in full before they come out!!! Call-out fee - R290.00 Opening fee - R1145.00 50mm slam lock - R1013.00 Labour on a Sunday - R1010.00 They are now ignoring my calls and all requests to try and contact them, they have blocked me on all socials. Their service is appalling and quite poor to say the least, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE ****MERS…

The worst service you will ever receive. This company is full of criminals that will basically hold you hostage until you pay them a stupidly expensive fee. We were quoted R365 for call out fee to get keys that were locked in the car. When the first guy arrived, he tried to access the vehicle with crowbar and wire hanger, to which he failed and ended up causing damage evaluated to R16 ooo (Sixteen Thousand Rand) which LockTec refuse to pay because they say they contracted the locksmith and the locksmith doesn't work for the company. Its absolutely ridiculous. They ended up charging us R5600 to get a key out of a car. The owner of the company Evert Van Starden is the biggest criminal. It would serve us all the world of good if this company goes down and shuts its doors.

Stay away from these unscrupulous criminals
Stay away!!!! These crooks charged me R1900 to do a 1 minute job. Me and my daughter lost the keys when we took the dog out for walk. The crook technicians came and opened the sliding door in half a minute then charged R1900. I didn't get a quote as promised. They just started work. I felt very unsafe with these criminals in my house as I am a single mom. Further the guys that came were very aggressive. I had to pay to get them out. These are horrible people. Please stay away. They are ruthless criminals who take advantage of people in a desperate situation.

DO NOT USE. NOT A REAL COMPANY. They charged me R3425 for a 25 minute job. The guy that works for the company said that the owner is a crook. He either called his wife or me a "po*s" which is very unprofessional for a business. They use the google ads to be on the top of the list. I have two references that you may call in order to get more information from who were part of the company previously. They came over and worked without quoting. They quoted me after for a ridiculous amount and then the owner said he will compensate but never did. I had to contact him through his friend and his wifes number. Terrible service and would never recommend. They are A-Grade Scammers.

Takes advantage of young women. Scammers
SCAMMERS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG WOMEN, STEAL YOUR MONEY, CONVENIENTLY ONLY ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT THE TECHNICIAN THAT ASSISTED A YOUNG LADY WHO LOVKED HER KEYS IN MY HOUSE LIED TO HER, told her it would take R5000 just to open the door and when she said the cost is too much, would not leave her without getting paid - R1400 for a callout??? We eventually paid him to get him away, fearing she was in danger, it was late at night and we were not nearby to help. The pathetic men parade around like they can do their job, but need to take advantage of young women in order to make money Now they wont send us an invoice, can give no explanations as to why the price was so high, and wont answer their phones

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
This Company makes me SICK !!! My husband locked the keys in car. We call the above mentioned company and they said the guy is in area will be there in 15 mins. They advertise a fee of R325 , the Locksmith spend a total of 2 mins to open the door and we received a invoice of a total amount of R1820 !!!! I will NOT PAY THEM !!
