I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding an apartment in Sunninghill, Sandton. I was asked to pay R950 to secure the apartment, but shortly afterwards I found another apartment that was much closer to my workplace and informed them immediately.
I was then assured that I would receive a refund. However, it has now been almost two months and I still have not received my money. Every time I follow up, I am given excuses such as “the person dealing with your refund is on leave.”
This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers should not have to continuously chase after their own money while being given endless excuses.
