Frustrating Live Apartments Easy Customer Support

It is very difficult and frustrating to deal with Live Easy Apartments customer support division. The Sunninghill number 010 065 2191 keeps giving the message "the subscriber number is currently busy". The Randburg number, 011 201 4641, rings but no one answers - I have called 4 times thus far in the past hour. I sent two messages to the Whatsapp number I found on their Facebook page an no one has responded. I sent an email to [email protected] on the 25th of March and no one has responded to date. I spoke with someone on the Fourways number and they showed no empathy nor politeness.

It was very easy for me to get vetted then approved, but the customer support channel is very frustrating.
