I purchased Lacoste sneakers from the official online store (Order #23130). Within approximately 6 months, the sole started separating due to what is clearly a manufacturing defect (glue failure).
I reported the issue on 4 October and followed up, but I have still not received a proper resolution.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with Lacoste customer service, the matter remains unresolved months later.
As a paying customer, I expected better product quality and after-sales support from a premium brand. I am now forced to escalate this issue further due to the lack of response and resolution.
I am requesting either a replacement or refund in line with consumer protection standards in South Africa.
