BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Recently bought a car on the dealership and I informed the sales agent that I'll be using it for uber and everything should meet the standards of dekra, I was informed that everything is in order and a 125 point check has been done and the car passed roadworthy.

To my surprise when I took the car to dekra which they recommended the car failed X3, went back to the dealership and raised the issues with the manager, he then agreed to fix the issues and refund me in full on the amount paid to dekra and I signed the required forms, 2 weeks down the line I haven't been paid and I've been getting stories from the agent.
