Bad service again

Ok. Two people called me and assured me my order would be with me this week. A third just emailed me with a confirmation to delete my account and refund my money. There is no communication whatsoever going on with you guys and i will now have to accept my refund and move on to buy my item from another company as your employee has deleted my account. I wished we could have resolved the matter.<br> <br> I don't think i am left with any other choice. A good company which has now lost my trust.<br>
