Unsatisfactory Experience with JustMoney

After settling my Capitec and Woolworths debts in May 2023, I discovered that JustMoney continued collecting Credit Life Insurance payments tied to those accounts, despite the policies being meant only for active debts. When I raised the issue in January 2026 and provided all required documentation, my complaint was stalled with minimal communication even after escalation to a manager, Newton Stepahnus. If I hadn’t checked my Debt Busters statement, I would have kept paying unnecessarily. Based on this poor service and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend JustMoney.
