Terrible Customer Service

Really disappointed (understatement!) at JD Sports the East Rand small branch to be specific. I went there looking to buy 2 pairs of sneakers, mind you, drove there from the Eastgate branch hoping to find what I was looking for. Got to the branch they didn’t have my size either and so I opted to get one via JD and bought another via Shelflife. Still no size 10 on the chosen SKU but since I wanted to “experience” JD locally I went with the option that was provided i.e pay for the size available and they would do an IBT for size with another brand…I was told it would take 7 to 10 working days and it has been now over 3 weeks waiting for the shoe 😰. That is probably not what is working me up the wrong side but the fact that, you will call and hold on for someone to answer forever which seldomly happens and when they do, you are told the person you looking for is not available # nonchalantly! A moment ago I told the person who answered my call that it wasn’t about “Sifiso” as he kindly offered to help when I started with the follow ups as I could see no one was/is prepared to take responsibility…the answers I’ve been getting is, can we check and come back to you 🙄 and that never happens. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth as I was excited that since I’m from the east rand I’ll give online efficient stores like Lemkus, Shelflife, Nike, Court Order and Story a break and enjoy visiting my nearest JD outlet.

I have asked the guys to please do a reverse on my TFG account as I’m beyond “being unhappy” with the service and guess what still nonchalantly I was told the “guy” is not working today 😡.
