Withdrawal and documents submitted

Very disappointed with Jackpot City. I have been trying to withdraw my funds since last week and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I uploaded FICA documents multiple times, yet my withdrawal is still not processed. What makes it worse is that different agents give different information — some told me that only my ID was needed, so I followed their instructions, only to be told later that more documents were required.

Every time I submit documents, there is another issue or excuse. The process is slow, confusing, and feels completely unhelpful. Customer service has been inconsistent and has not resolved my problem despite all the effort and time wasted.

At this point, I regret using Jackpot City. Other betting platforms handle withdrawals much faster and more professionally. Jackpot City is becoming useless day by day, and this experience has completely ruined my trust in the platform.
