I can’t withdraw my money
It has been 15 days since waiting for my funds to reflect in my bank to no vail, I have been told to cancel and withdraw again, I did that and now 72 hours later still nothing! I was told to send an email for escalation still nothing! I’m so fustrated with Ithuba playing with me!!!

We have escalated this matter to the relevant team and requested that they attend to it as a priority. We will continue to monitor the request and provide feedback as soon as the withdrawal has been processed.

21 May 2026, 12:44I did that because I was advised by your consultant to do so, as they do not see my account number, the other one said they don’t see the winnings, then another guy said I must cancel and try again, that has been happening since last week
