My last payment to debt rescue was made in Feb and all debt should have been paid. However they paid monies into incorrect account and have to rectify their mistake as all my payments to them were up to date. I have been emailing proof and phoning for 2 months rectify their mistake and today i receive an sms that they are deducting funds from account again without a response after speaking telephonically on the phone with them on Friday which they confirmed and promised that they are busy working on the internal problem. This has been going on for 2 months now. I should have had my clearance certificate in March already and we are going into May. I still have had no response besides an sms that they are deducting funds from my account again. This has become a nightmare to work with them. And everytime i ask to speak to the manager Annelien they say they are sorting out the internal error.

I am just frustrated with this company.They never respond to queries. I just discovered that I have arrears with ABSA bank because they have not been distrubuting my funds according to the restructured payment plan. I have an outstanding balance with Capitec bank that was supposed to be paid off long time ago. I have communicated this with Debt councilor which they also dont knw why all this happening. I never defaulted on my payments ever since i started this process.IPDA has been receiving funds accordingly and I even added more throughout the years but today I am sitting with arrears on my credit report from ABSA and CAPITEC. I have requested for investigation into this matter however I am getting no response.No answers from this company. I am just fed up. I want to pay the remaining creditors providers directly at this point. At this point I am just hoping absa will not reposess their vehicle because of this arrears. CApitec was supposed to be closed long time ago but no investigation as to why I still have a outstanding balance.I have been complying and doing my part as per court order. I am frustrated because I have never defaulted instead increased the monthly funds to be added to the original amount that was agreed as per court order. I am going back and forth with credit providers because of IPDA .they are just there to collect money and nothing else concerns this company.They dont deserve even 1 star rating for their reviews.

I have received terrible service. I am due a refund, my debt consellor has communicated with IPDA till now we are not winning with IPDA. No response to my numerous emails and their phone doesn't go through.

11/04/2025 I contacted IPDA for some clarity seeing as I pay my debt review monthly into their account and they have to distribute my funds, the first two times I was patched through to Nadia/Natasha who kept dropping my call, finally another lady took my call and she was just as unhelpful (didn't get her name poor thing had flu). Basically the past two months my funds were not distributed accordingly, my debt counsellor's phones have been disconnected and I wanted to know why. The lady blatantly told me there is nothing they can do I will need to contact NCR for assistance. So I am asking why on earth do I have a debt counsellor and pay into IPDA's account but have to get assistance from the NCR? What is the purpose then?? Feels like I'm being ****** here. I don't want to get blacklisted after I worked my butt off to settle my accounts.

iPDA says on their website they deliver superior collections, distributions and reporting capabilities. They might be quick in collecting your money, but leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to distributing and reporting. I had to wait for more than 2 weeks for unpaid money to be distributed, and had to continuously follow up for an updated statement. Superior distribution and reporting, i don't think so.

I made a double payment in error. I was refunded some of my money not all I pay R6000 a month got R4500 back still awaiting african bank R790 but people are so stupid they don't understand I still short my refund. How angry I am dealing with people who work with money but can't calculate.
