On the 6th December 2024 I made a booking online while inside your premises. The prices online were lesser so I didn’t make the booking at the raception but I used Booking.com I entered the first card details and got a error message “we weren’t able to charge the card” I pressed okay and entered different card details and the payment went through and I got confirmation. After few minutes the payment went off again from the first card details, I went to the receptionist to explain and was told I have to query this with Booking.com I stayed a night and checked out in the morning. I queries this with Booking.com which I’m not getting any joy, I’m told they have to query this with you which they did but you are not giving feedback.
