Very disappointed with the lack of assistance and communication from IDM Holdings. I would like clarity on why IDM Holdings is still reflecting on my credit report as an account in arrears, despite all policies with them having been cancelled. The listing continues to negatively affect my credit score, and despite contacting IDM Holdings on multiple occasions, I have still not received proper feedback or resolution. I was previously advised that the matter would be resolved, however there has been no update or assistance from their side. I would appreciate urgent intervention and for my credit profile to be updated accordingly.

Most probably the worst company i have had to deal with in terms of cancellation of my insurance. I paid everyone and settled my accounts received my clearance certificate on 30 January 2026. Up until now they have not updated and closed my insurance. On my credit report the idm insurance says i am in arrears, this obviously has an impact on my credit score. When you eventually get hold of them they state it has been cancelled and will mail a confirmation letter. Up until now three months later... no letter nor any changes on my credit report. I have never in my life been treated in this way and it borderlines total negligence on IDM groups side. PEOPLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANONE USING THE INSURANCE!!!!!

IDM group has failed to update experian that my outstanding balance is 0. I have tried to log a dispute but it's been canceled twice. I have settled all my debt and for some reason I can't get this removed from my credit report.

I have a cancelled policy that is still showing on my credit report as open. I’ve been calling and emailing since last year Dec, nothing has changed. I am told every time that an email will be sent to the bureau. It’s been over 2 months with no change, mind you the policy was cancelled when I got out of debt review last year October. The call centre people be giving run around with no help.

I was under debt review with Debt Busters and one of the requirements was that I have life and funeral cover through IDM Protect which is underwritten by Centriq Life. I completed my debt review in May 2025 and was contact by the insurance department and I agreed to continue with my life and funeral insurances even after debt review, however nothing was debited from my account so I assumed the insurances were not continued. Then on August my account was debited R400, so I contacted IDM Protect to reverse the money and cancel the insurance because as far as I am concerned, I am not insured since they did not debit my account for +- 2 months. The lady tells me that I won't be refunded because I did not put in a cancellation, my question was and still is "put a cancellation on what? because I was under the impression that the insurance never continued". She repeated the same thing like a trained robot and only cancelled the insurances. All I want is my money back and that's all. I did not budget for your company and this is putting me out of pocket. Yes, it is only R400 but it is mine and I want it, PLEASE.

Debtbuster refuse to assist me in resolving case regarding internal insurance company deducting funds without a legal contract for years now, and have signed me up with new new insurance company without my consent and I see amount paid to to insurance companies with no legal contact, not full cover and long and short of the matter is that if one even had to claim these contracts would not be valued. I strongly suggest clients who has joined Justmoney / IDM ( internal Debtbusters company) ask for signed legal contract as I have and nothing is produced after months of asking. Debtbuster also doesn't help in this matter
