I have never encountered such level of bad service. It is absolutely shocking that we as normal consumers need to have this level of bad service from Experian. You try calling them no answer, you mail them no reply, i have been struggling with a dispute since January. So the documents after numerous ohone calls , finally reached their complaints department, only to get a automated reply that the process takes 21 business days. I am sorry to say but i as a business owner would have to close my business if a customer/ consumer had to get that type if reply. This is most likely the worst company in SA to deal with. Experian you need to get your act together, you as a company are one of the least trusted companies and is making normal consumers battle to get credit due to your incompetence.
Most probably the worst company i have had to deal with. I received my clearance certificate on the 30 January 2026. After a massive investigation and a directive from the NCR, Transunion has still up till today failed to take of my debt review flag of my profile. After the directive from the NCR i received a mail stating that the information was rectified, when i checked my profile on Transunion yesterday, the flag was still on my name. I tried calling but there is absolutly no one you can talk to in person only the computerised chatbot, wich by the way i am still waiting for a agent to contact me theough the chat bot. This is gross negligence to the highest level from a company that claims to be fair and on time. I would suggest to all financial institutions rather find alternative credit bureaus as Transunion is misleading the public and financial institutions with false information and this is affecting the livelihoods of many people as well as the economy of South Africa. TRANSUNION GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, we as public cannot have a credit bureau that does not care about the livelihood and economy serving us.
Most probably the worst company i have had to deal with in terms of cancellation of my insurance. I paid everyone and settled my accounts received my clearance certificate on 30 January 2026. Up until now they have not updated and closed my insurance. On my credit report the idm insurance says i am in arrears, this obviously has an impact on my credit score. When you eventually get hold of them they state it has been cancelled and will mail a confirmation letter. Up until now three months later... no letter nor any changes on my credit report. I have never in my life been treated in this way and it borderlines total negligence on IDM groups side. PEOPLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANONE USING THE INSURANCE!!!!!
Experian... you are most likley the worst company that we as consumers have to deal with.... it is absolutly disgusting and very unproffesional to treat a consumer the way you do, you as a company is busy undermining us as regular everyday consumers, I received my clearance certificate on the 31/01/2026 wich by the way every single company was copied in including your company, it has been two(2) whole months of you absolutly doing nothing to remove the debt review flag from my name, I escalated this issue with the NCR wich they also escalated the issue with your company, but it seems that you have a no care attitude. It is totally impossible to get a hold of you via the land line of Stellenbosch and i was on the phone for almost 2.5 hours just to be ignored and told all our agents are busy. YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST AND VERY UNPROFFESIONAL..... take heed you have 24hrs to rectify my and clear my account, or else i will be forced to go to the media with all records and facts in hand. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF BY ACTING IN THIS WAY...... To all the readers in this forum, heed the warning and stay away from Experian as they do not want to help you nor solve your problem sufficiently.

You just cant talk to one of their agents, wich is almost impossible to get a hold of. I then contacted the NCR and they even sent a escalation letter. Up until now i have heard or received no communication from Transunion. If my life depended on Transunion, surely by now i would have been dead a while.... TRANSUNION YOU ARE PLAYING WITH CONSUMERS LIVELYHOODS ...... GET YIUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!! At this stage i am going to get the media and all relevant parties together, and start legal action against your company. BE WARNED IF SOMEONE DOES NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IN 24HRS I AM INVOLVING THE MEDIA AND ALL PARTIES..... hEED TO THIS WARNING AS I AM FED UP!!!!!!
I am totally and utterly disgusted by the communication of Mweb is done, as i am typing this, i am still on hold for the past 1hr45mins waiting to be connected to a consultant, How can a reputable business handle customer sevice this way? if you access the live chat then you get a message stating that they are connecting you to a consultant, i am almost certain that there is more than one consultant working a Mweb. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!
