IDM Holdings Still Reflecting Incorrectly on My Credit Profile

Very disappointed with the lack of assistance and communication from IDM Holdings.

I would like clarity on why IDM Holdings is still reflecting on my credit report as an account in arrears, despite all policies with them having been cancelled.

The listing continues to negatively affect my credit score, and despite contacting IDM Holdings on multiple occasions, I have still not received proper feedback or resolution.

I was previously advised that the matter would be resolved, however there has been no update or assistance from their side.

I would appreciate urgent intervention and for my credit profile to be updated accordingly.
