Poor service and improper conduct

This business is a ****, if you are looking to purchase a car don't even think about them. In fact don't go there very poor customer service and poor financing. My car was financed I send them proof of my insurance and they still send me a letter saying that they want to add vehicle cover, for what I don't know.

Please assist those who have knowledge when you want to take the car back cause honestly I can't be reap off like this.
