Bad customer service on a complaint.

I recently purchased dog food and only half of the tin was filled with meat and the rest was pure liquid. I contacted Husky to advise them of the quality issue, send video's and pictures. The reply I received after answering various questions and following up as they didn't come back to me with a response was: "The ratio is correct according to our systems." (Summarized).

This is a pathetic response to a customer complaint. You can be sure I will no longer support the Husky pet food range.,
