Poor services

I submitted a request for restoration on the 1st of April 2026, up to date I have received any help or update, I make follow ups weekly without getting any help. I was told to send an email I've sent it numerous time but I haven't received any single response. I don't know what to do anymore because I needed the certificate by end of May as I am applying for school and applications are closing on the 31st of May.

The last call I made the lady I spoke to said my application is awaiting approval from a team leader I told her it's been waiting for this approval since the 20th of April and I asked her to put me through to the team leader to make a follow up she refused, she said she will make a follow-up and I will receive communication on my e-mails, it's been over a week now I haven't received any communication. Now I'm stuck I don't know what to do
