I purchased a vehicle early November 2015 from Used Cars. During the transaction the dealer was very responsive and attentive with regards to returning calls and emails. Once the deal was done, I discovered a potential fault with the aircon unit in the vehicle. The vehicle went back twice to have the situation rectified, however the fault was not sorted out. I was then told that I would have to wait until the Maintenance Contract was transferred to my name for them to go any further with investigating the fault.<br> On 15th Feb 2016 I was eventually advised that the Maintenance Plan had been transferred into my name.<br> To date, I have yet to get any response to my emails and calls to the Dealer Principle, Clive Brooks, his secretary, the Used Car Manager RIshaad, and the salesman who sold me the vehicle Mbuso.<br> Nobody has bothered to send me a copy of the Agreement. I have since requested this direct from the Insurer.<br> 2 days ago I emailed again, and today called and left a message. Still no response.<br> I will never deal with Hoopers again, neither will I recommend them to anybody. We have 5 VW's in the family and this has been my first and last dealing with Hoopers
