Honchos Trade Route : Worm in Portuguese Roll

I would like to make a complaint against Honchos Trade route. I bought the family combo meal for R200 last night... To my dissatisfaction there was a worm in the Portuguese roll. I made a call to the outlet a moment ago and spoke to Emanual... The supervisor. He asked me to send him proof... After stating to me that customers like taking chances. Which is unprofessional and I don't appreciate the generalization there. Treat incidents as isolated.

I sent him a video and he called me shortly to tell me that that's not their roll.

He continued to say... It's fine even if you complain.
