Stay Away! Thieves!!!

I sold my car to them about 6 weeks ago, Wesbank paid out the balance witch was owed to me +- R 120 000, but Stuart (owner) refuses to pay MY money back to me! He says he has spent MY money on other things! I am now stuck not being able to buy a new car! This is theft and i will be opening a case at SAPS this morning! This has gone on for too long, I have tried to be nice and understanding but this is theft.
