Do not buy online
Ordered online the 5th of December, to where I couldn't pay online. I reached out to Hemporium to ask if I can pay via EFT. I was informed by Rifqah Albertus, that once they receive POP, my order will be despatched. (email 6th of December 2024) On Monday 9 December I enquired about the courier process, as I haven't received any information in this regard. I heard nothing. Then I was told the following "Please allow at least 2 to 3 days for orders to be processed and dispatched."

Hemporium
Absolutely love this store. Lots of great basics, the bags and backpacks are great designs as well, also love the shampoo and conditioner products, and a super relaxed, calm store which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. This is definitely one of my favourite stores and really pleased that we have this concept in South Africa. I hope they will expand their range of basics and add payment plan options to their online purchasing options in future. I also hope they will open once or twice a month on Saturdays. Yay for hemp and natural materials! #BlackFriday #BLACKFRIDAY

Absolutely love this store. Excellent service! I, highly laud the staff, service, and quality of products from Hemporium. I ordered online and in less than 2 days I received my order! What a pleasure to do business with them. Over email and the telephone I only received the most excellent service.
