Ordered online the 5th of December, to where I couldn't pay online. I reached out to Hemporium to ask if I can pay via EFT. I was informed by Rifqah Albertus, that once they receive POP, my order will be despatched. (email 6th of December 2024) On Monday 9 December I enquired about the courier process, as I haven't received any information in this regard. I heard nothing. Then I was told the following "Please allow at least 2 to 3 days for orders to be processed and dispatched."
App**** for Two Pot 23 September, I received my one amount, which was the lowest of the two amounts. I received a sms from Old Mutual apologizing about the delay, on 24 October 2024. Nothing. I have sent an email on 7 November and enquired about the issue. Nothing. Then I sent emails again. Then they say, that they have contacted me, which I can't see how, as I haven't received any calls or it doesn't show any missed calls. Then I het someome asking my ID, my Policy Number and Telephone Number. I then provide them with information, they should already know, as everything is in the emails. Then I get someome asking me, if I have received any feedback from Two Pot Complaints Department, to which I say No. Guess what, then I get another person asking my ID, my Policy Number and Telephone Number, again and again I provided it. Then I get told that they tried to get hold of me, no call and no missed call. Then I send a mail, saying hey, I am ready, waiting for a call and then I hear nothing. I can't believe after 8 working days, I still don't have any clarity or get any real feedback apart from meaningless questions, that I have already answered. Goodness Gracious. Imagine other Countries send their folk to the Moon. 8 working days and NOTHING.
