I bought a black Tungsten men's ring from Hashtag Bamboo in September 2025. Unfortunately, the black finish scratched off on the very first day, which is unacceptable. I'm very unhappy with the product. I have already contacted them about this issue, but I haven't received a response. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Had a great experience ordering through Hashtag Bamboo. Its were delivered promptly and in good order. Pleasantly surprised. Would have preferred to write a google review but business not on google maps etc.

I've attempted to contact the landline number, 010 006 7022, multiple times, but it seems to be either busy or not even ringing. Additionally, I've sent a WhatsApp message without any success. My inquiry pertains to the delivery of the bed, as I was informed that it would be delivered on Wednesday, albeit without a specified time slot. Could you please liaise with your clients regarding this matter? It's concerning that there hasn't been any communication regarding the placement of the order or the expected delivery time. I find it unfair that I will be charged for the bed without receiving adequate communication from the company I purchased it from.

I order a watch 23 Dec 2022. I chose the courier option PUSH MY ORDER of R109. They claim it wil take 24 to 48 hours to process and then overnight shipment. On the whole website it never said anything about they don't deliver on weekends. I emailed them and they said if I wanted it to be shiped over the weekend I had to pay R550 extra (I never had that option on the website). They said I will recieve my order Friday the 30th. But for what did I pay extra to push my order if it still takes forever to come. I understand it was Cristmas but then they must have putten a warning sign on their website that tells you it will take longer

I hardly ever write reviews but the service along with the quality of product that I received from your online store was simply amazing. I recently ordered 2 rings separately because my wife asked me to order her one just moments after I had ordered mine. They arrived today and the quality is fantastic, I'm absolutely over the moon! Not only that, but you guys were kind enough to refund me the second delivery fee and ship them together which to me just shows you care. We will DEFINITELY be back to purchase more items from you in the future.

I hardly ever write reviews but the service along with the quality of product that I received from your online store was simply amazing. I recently ordered 2 rings separately because my wife asked me to order her one just moments after I had ordered mine. They arrived today and the quality is fantastic, I'm absolutely over the moon! Not only that, but you guys were kind enough to refund me the second delivery fee and ship them together which to me just shows you care. We will DEFINITELY be back to purchase more items from you in the future.

Purchased a ring at the Canal Walk branch: Friendly staff, good service and an interesting variety of items available to purchase. A few months ago my mom purchased a pretty ring for me, with a pink mother of pearl inlay - unfortunately the inlay does not seem to withstand normal, everyday duties. A few weeks ago I noticed that a tiny portion of the inlay began to change colour (light pink to brown), and there seems to now be a “chip” or small “hole” where the discolouration began. After contacting the company I was told there is unfortunately no way of repairing the inlay and this is most like lying due to a hard knock damaging the resin. I can’t say I can remember working that hard with my hands, however, I do feel if you decide to purchase one of these pretty rings, my suggestion would be to only wear it as a dress ring on specific occasions if the resin is so easily damaged. My hands don’t spend a lot of time in water or obscure chemicals; the only thing I can think is that regular sanitiser use could have affected the resin somehow. Thank you
