Rings with mother of pearl inlay
Purchased a ring at the Canal Walk branch: Friendly staff, good service and an interesting variety of items available to purchase. A few months ago my mom purchased a pretty ring for me, with a pink mother of pearl inlay - unfortunately the inlay does not seem to withstand normal, everyday duties. A few weeks ago I noticed that a tiny portion of the inlay began to change colour (light pink to brown), and there seems to now be a “chip” or small “hole” where the discolouration began. After contacting the company I was told there is unfortunately no way of repairing the inlay and this is most like lying due to a hard knock damaging the resin. I can’t say I can remember working that hard with my hands, however, I do feel if you decide to purchase one of these pretty rings, my suggestion would be to only wear it as a dress ring on specific occasions if the resin is so easily damaged. My hands don’t spend a lot of time in water or obscure chemicals; the only thing I can think is that regular sanitiser use could have affected the resin somehow. Thank you

Beyond poor service
Beyond poor service. Don't use them. My previous review was reported and removed because it was the truth of our experience. Poor customer service. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere and don't waste your time with this place. Thank you
