Refund delays

Rented a vehicle from their Cape Town branch, service was great until it was time to return my deposit. Refunding deposits should not take 7-21 business days. That is unreasonable as we are not talking about a mere R1000, it is over R20K. I have called their office 3 times this week for feedback and nobody can confirm a status. Last call today I was told my query was only escalated yesterday I have to wait until Monday.
