Gotogate sucks!

Worst Experience trying to get my money refunded for flights to Qatar. Even though i cancelled well in advance, and Airline is refunding for those dates. I am a month later and still no refund. Don't bother booking through gotogate. You just get told story after story but no actual concrete time lines, and promised time lines pass without your refund.
