Can't get refund after flights cancelled by Qatar Airlines
1 star for trying to get your refund after flights are cancelled by Qatar Airlines. Absolutely pathetic experience. A month on and still no refund.

Gotogate sucks!
Worst Experience trying to get my money refunded for flights to Qatar. Even though i cancelled well in advance, and Airline is refunding for those dates. I am a month later and still no refund. Don't bother booking through gotogate. You just get told story after story but no actual concrete time lines, and promised time lines pass without your refund.

Went through the whole process and paid for consultation, xrays, etc only to be told they don't offer aligners at the branch

Game East Rand Mall - Pathetic, Poor Customer Service for Online Orders
I ordered a phone online. Received my confirmation that the phone was ready for collection. Only to first be questioned regarding the legitimacy of the confirmation email. Then after confirming I am not in fact a liar, to be told 100 different conflicting stories regarding the phone. They settled on that they didn't have it in stock. However, they would deliver to my address by the end of the day. Low and behold, still no delivery or contact to explain what the current situation is. So, I will be forced again to go to the store and deal with people who obviously have no idea what they are doing.
