Unprofessional Service

They are very unprofessional and seem to not knowing what the hell is going on with their business. In January I requested a settlement amount which I paid in full within 2 days and I was told to wait until the end of April to get the paid up letter. Now for the past two months I’ve been getting calls from their agents saying that my account is still owing a balance, and when I ask questions they hang up the phone without any clear explanation or way forward. They always say that “let me check what’s wrong and call you back”. Very unprofessional staff! They all assume we speak the same language as they do and they don’t even try and adjust throughout the call when they can hear you’re not speaking in their language. There’s no accountability whatsoever.
