indly assist I've tried to get this query resolved but no luck. I need assistance regarding a cancellation of a vehicle that was financed by Absa Bank from F N J Car Dealer on the 29th of May 2019 regarding the following reasons : -The car got stucked on the 04/06/2019 -The installment is too high -The car went for service twice since 2017 -The bearing and steering wheel alignment -The petrol consumption since it was flicking engine light. The vehicle details : NAME :NISSAN MICRA 1.2 ACTIVE VISSIA MODEL :2017 COLOUR :SILVER The matter was reported to Absa for cancellation and to the dealer and the vehicle was taken to Nissan for repair on the 10/06/2019.i was informed on the 12/06/2019 that the vehicle is ready for collection however I no longer trust whether in future will it give me problems or not like I don't want anything to do with them. I needed the car for work purpose. So I've spoken to the lady who have my contract from Absa she told me that I cannot cancel I will have to take it to the ombudsman. I don't know the whereabouts the dealer on their side were just buying time. This is the response from the bank that they received from the dealer: Mornings Our client Miss. Mapule came in to view the Nissan Micra on 28 may 2019. She was associated by her cousin who together seen the vehicle and approved of it, they liked the vehicle and therefore decided to sign for it, the contract and details of installments and prices were discussed and was agreed to before she signed and agreed to take delivery of the vehicle. The vehicles tests and checks were done and the vehicle still has a factory warranty from Nissan, all services was done according to Nissan standards, warranty would be suspended if servicing and maintenance were not done accordingly. The vehicle has then had a breakdown, we had been notified, we then got hold of Nissan SA and had the vehicle towed in by Nissan and all repairs done by Nissan. The vehicle was checked and given and green light Nissan. We as F&J car sales can not cancel the contract as the client had checked and agreed to buy the car. The vehicle warranty from Nissan is still active and everything has been done accordingly to keep the client happy. The client had notified us that she had scratched the vehicle on the door and we have whatsapp evidence that the client had sent through to us of the accident. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
