Sold me an accident car - FNJ Car Sales Rating: 1/5 stars I purchased a car from FNJ Car Sales on 27 July 2024, and I've been extremely disappointed. The car had been in an accident, but they sold it to me as a brand new car at a brand new car price. Issues I've experienced include: - Air vents blowing dusty air - Sensors malfunctioning - Safety belt not working When I tried to communicate with them about these issues, they were unhelpful and dismissive, saying "my car, my problem" with no assistance. This experience has left me financially frustrated and concerned about my safety on the road. I do not recommend FNJ Car Sales due to their ********* sales practices and lack of customer support."

Just bought my car from FNJ service was excellent, after some few weeks had a problem with coolant I was assisted by the salesman problem was solved. Now on my arrival home I've discovered that certain things were removed from the car...spare Tyre, tow bar cover, things were hanging underneath the car and my car had scratches at theback of the seat. I've whattsup the manager and showed him the proof I was ignored.I need accountability that's all.

Bought two cars from FNJ and both are broken within 6 months, the sales man refuses to fix the Ford ranger that I did not inspect when I bought, the car overheated and I took it to Ford and it was shown to have rust in the engine that accumulated over a long period of time and I had only driven the car for 5 months at that time, I also had a polo from them and from the get go it had problems and I showed them while at the dealership and they agreed to fix them they fixed some, but the car keeps breaking even as we speak it won't start and I'm loosing money on both cars because I was told by the finance company iemas to talk to the dealership and not them because I bought the car, they said I should go to the ombudsman if I don't come ryt. I'm stuck with two tins of cars because my insurance wasn't covering engines. The salesman ignores me at most and I have lost all patience as now I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with my family for second time this month. the

indly assist I've tried to get this query resolved but no luck. I need assistance regarding a cancellation of a vehicle that was financed by Absa Bank from F N J Car Dealer on the 29th of May 2019 regarding the following reasons : -The car got stucked on the 04/06/2019 -The installment is too high -The car went for service twice since 2017 -The bearing and steering wheel alignment -The petrol consumption since it was flicking engine light. The vehicle details : NAME :NISSAN MICRA 1.2 ACTIVE VISSIA MODEL :2017 COLOUR :SILVER The matter was reported to Absa for cancellation and to the dealer and the vehicle was taken to Nissan for repair on the 10/06/2019.i was informed on the 12/06/2019 that the vehicle is ready for collection however I no longer trust whether in future will it give me problems or not like I don't want anything to do with them. I needed the car for work purpose. So I've spoken to the lady who have my contract from Absa she told me that I cannot cancel I will have to take it to the ombudsman. I don't know the whereabouts the dealer on their side were just buying time. This is the response from the bank that they received from the dealer: Mornings Our client Miss. Mapule came in to view the Nissan Micra on 28 may 2019. She was associated by her cousin who together seen the vehicle and approved of it, they liked the vehicle and therefore decided to sign for it, the contract and details of installments and prices were discussed and was agreed to before she signed and agreed to take delivery of the vehicle. The vehicles tests and checks were done and the vehicle still has a factory warranty from Nissan, all services was done according to Nissan standards, warranty would be suspended if servicing and maintenance were not done accordingly. The vehicle has then had a breakdown, we had been notified, we then got hold of Nissan SA and had the vehicle towed in by Nissan and all repairs done by Nissan. The vehicle was checked and given and green light Nissan. We as F&J car sales can not cancel the contract as the client had checked and agreed to buy the car. The vehicle warranty from Nissan is still active and everything has been done accordingly to keep the client happy. The client had notified us that she had scratched the vehicle on the door and we have whatsapp evidence that the client had sent through to us of the accident. Your assistance will be highly appreciated

I bought a Bmw 325 i Coupe from FNJ Carsales during May 2018. It shortly presented a few latent defects, ie faulty clutch and shocks. HOWEVER, thanks to Mohammed, the owner of FNJ, resolved the problem and agreed to replace the clutch and pay for the replacement of the shock absorbers. Honorable dealerships of this nature are becoming extinct lately, and this dealership deserves to be highly commended. Thanks FNJ, I will surely tell my friends about you.
