Bad customer service
They have the worst online customer service. You wait 30 minutes before you are attended and their system doesn't even release you so that you can start a new chat with someone who is available.
Their secure chat system sucks!

They say they give private client services suite. The only response I got from Mokgadi from 11:29 - 12:09 is "I will be with you shortly"
