Poor services

I have been on a call to get assistance of a settlement letter since 10:30 until now it 12: 00 no one is answering and even sent an email nothing. even yesterday it was the same thing when I final got assisted the consultant sent a letter with the wrong date now today they are not answering the call.

The service is very poor.
