Poor services
I have been on a call to get assistance of a settlement letter since 10:30 until now it 12: 00 no one is answering and even sent an email nothing. even yesterday it was the same thing when I final got assisted the consultant sent a letter with the wrong date now today they are not answering the call. The service is very poor.

Debiting from my account
This company has been trying to debit money in my account when I don't have any account with them, I was apply for something else was offered their services and indicated that I a not interested but now they are debiting my account
