Worst communication, very unreliable, they took my money promised same day delivery, after 5 days waiting for my items and still no delivery. They always promise that the truck is on it’s when I call to enquire or just completely ignore my calls and messages. I’ve been asking for their location to get my things but they ignore me.

I recently got an email from Hello Peter saying that Excuss Logistics says my review is inaccurate. I find that disappointing from this logistics company as I have better things to do with my time than to write inaccurate or fabricated stories about them. Excuss Logistics gave us very poor service when we paid a considerable amount for them to transport our personal belongings. We trusted their service as I had used them before. They transported our belongings with other people's items when we paid for our things to be transported without sharing with others. They delivered our dining room table with a broken chair. We sent them pictures of all the items they ruined, including a dining room table chair, a large vase was scratched, and other kitchen items were broken. On top of that, there are missing items that we have had accept we will never get again because they can't even help us recoup what they broke. Disgusting! I would never use this company, ever!

I booked my move with Excuss Logistics. Theq quote was R2,500.00 and I paid a deposit of R500.00. When I had to confirm my move dates they sent me a quote for R9,200.00. I immediately e-mailed them to cancel my move and refund my deposit. I've sent numerous e-mails and what-app request's but they ignore all my requests. I cancelled the move on 20.11.2025

The delivery company did not let me know that they will be late. I had to call the driver for an update of where they were and they kept on changing the ETA. Turns out they had issues with the truck but that was not communicated with me. However the manager reassured me and they were very patient with me before I received the moving date. Very quick with the quotation. None of my items were missing or damaged.

Excuss Logistics services is super easy to access, with their team available 24 hrs on their WhatsApp platform. They do make follow up calls and are precise in what they cover in the quotation. Their delivery team is responsible and respectful. They are trained packers and assisted with some of the items that were not properly wrapped. This was the second time I use Excuss Logistics, and I would definitely recommend them. Their rates are reasonable and I appreciate the discreet trucking to protect the consignment. Thank you Excuss Logistics.
