Worst communication, very unreliable, they took my money promised same day delivery, after 5 days waiting for my items and still no delivery. They always promise that the truck is on it’s when I call to enquire or just completely ignore my calls and messages. I’ve been asking for their location to get my things but they ignore me.

I deposited R120 to mtn momo app on the 27 of September 2020. The payment did not reflect on the app but on it deducted on my bank and on Monday 28 September 2020 I called the customer service number 135, the lady Nonhlanhla Ramaphiri promise to log a call to the finance department so they can allocate my payment to my mtn momo account, she promised it would take 2-24 hours. I've been calling mtn for the whole week and no solution. Today 04 October 2020 marks a full week since I've been waiting for them to allocate my payment. This has slowed my productivity because I study using data due to covid. Mtn has seriously inconvenience my productivity.I am even considering changing the service provider. And I give them a zero star on ratings
