No Communication, Missing Wedding Photos, and Zero Accountability

I would strongly recommend using a different company for wedding photography.

The booking and payment process went smoothly until the deposit was paid. After that, communication became extremely poor. A week before the wedding, we still had not had the promised meet-and-greet, and our messages and calls were largely ignored.

On the wedding day itself, we still did not know who would be arriving to photograph our wedding. We had to contact the company ourselves, only to find out they had sent photographers we had never met before, who appeared to have little to no experience shooting a wedding on their own.

It has now been 9 months, and the photos we received are of very low quality and missing many of the key moments from our wedding day. To make matters worse, the company has shown very little concern about the missing photos and simply stated that it is “not their responsibility.”

This was one of the most important days of our lives, and the lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and care has been incredibly disappointing.
