No Communication, Missing Wedding Photos, and Zero Accountability
I would strongly recommend using a different company for wedding photography. The booking and payment process went smoothly until the deposit was paid. After that, communication became extremely poor. A week before the wedding, we still had not had the promised meet-and-greet, and our messages and calls were largely ignored. On the wedding day itself, we still did not know who would be arriving to photograph our wedding. We had to contact the company ourselves, only to find out they had sent photographers we had never met before, who appeared to have little to no experience shooting a wedding on their own. It has now been 9 months, and the photos we received are of very low quality and missing many of the key moments from our wedding day. To make matters worse, the company has shown very little concern about the missing photos and simply stated that it is “not their responsibility.” This was one of the most important days of our lives, and the lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and care has been incredibly disappointing.

Inexperienced and can not comply with their own agreement
They are inexperience and do not know anything about drop shipping websites. They told us to use Paystack as a Paygate for our website and did not even know that Paystack do not support drop shipping companies. After a week of running adds on a big budget we got no sales we asked were the problem was as we did not have a conversion rate on the website and not even the CEO could give us a solution. He asked to give him 2 days in order to give us a fully operating and converting website. After 7 days the only changes he made were to drop the prices to such extend that we would loose money. We then confronted him and he ignored and passed us back to his developer that caused us to seek his help due to no expertise provided. Beware of MT Enterprises and Marchant Thirion, Reece Smith. Full of promises and even signed a contract which they they can not comply to.
