My mom was ****med by a consultant from Emerald Life, who promised her free groceries.
I called Emeral Life and was informed that they require an affidavit, a bank statement, and a copy of her ID to cancel the policy. We submitted these documents via WhatsApp, but we did not receive any acknowledgment of receipt. When my mom called today, she was told to wait 14 days for a callback. This situation is concerning, particularly for a pensioner who has been ****med and lives on her pension fund.
