Professionalism and query resolving poor

Your handeling of accounts and the unnecessary over charging of admin fees are really ridiculous. What does it help that you have two divisions Edgars and RCS calling for the amount outstanding? Then you are also not interlinked with one another?

I have sent emails that is not answer in a propper professional manner by questions just being ignored. Also, I informed in writing my situation and that payment will be made but still you guys keep on phoning and sending emails?

I have requested information in 2025 and still not answered.
