My Edgars card has been completely inactive and unused for more than three years. Despite this, I recently discovered that Edgars has been continuously charging me "collection fees" and fees for services that I have not used or agreed to in years. To make matters worse, there are recent purchases on my account that I never made.
When I discovered this unauthorized activity, I contacted customer service to request my account statements for the past two years so I could quantify the *****. To date, Edgars has completely ignored my request and failed to send the statements, keeping me in the dark about my own account balance. This is a ******** and I wonder how many people are being ******
